As such, we ask that you take the time to review dimensions, materials, and product images carefully before completing your purchase.

Eligibility for Returns:

• Returns are only accepted on items that are damaged in transit or incorrectly delivered.
• All return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
• Products must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

Return Process:

• If your return is approved, we will arrange for collection and either issue a replacement or store credit, depending on stock availability.

Please note: As our items are handmade and natural, small variations in wood tone, grain, and carving are part of the charm and not considered defects.
